Article 104 of law n°025/2023 requires prior information and consent, except the legal exception for communication operations and those strictly necessary for the expressly requested service.
Categories
Strictly necessary trackers may support login, session maintenance, security and remembering your choices. Necessity must be verified individually.
Non-essential analytics, optional personalisation, advertising and external content using trackers require your prior consent when present. A tool is not exempt merely because it is labelled “analytics” or “security”.
Inventory
For each tracker actually used, publish a complete row; remove absent categories.

No advertising tracker is listed to date. Provider countries and transfer safeguards are also in the privacy policy. Other processor policies: Upstash.
Choose and change
Non-essential trackers remain blocked before your choice. On your first visit, a banner lets you accept, refuse or customise by purpose, with equally accessible controls. Continuing to browse or a pre-checked box does not constitute consent.
You may change your choice via the permanent “Manage my cookies” link (site footer). Refusing does not block features that do not need these trackers; related external content stays disabled until you enable it.
Withdrawal stops future consent-based access and triggers deletion of trackers MEG controls. It does not make prior authorised operations unlawful. Your choice is stored for six months; the banner then reappears so you can confirm or update it.
Your browser can also block or delete cookies. Blocking necessary cookies may disrupt login.
Minors and personal data
Choices for minors follow the minors policy. Cookie consent does not bypass the prohibition on profiling children.
